This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the IP address, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. If you contact us by e-mail on your own initiative, we will only collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) to the extent provided by you. The purpose of data processing is to process and respond to your contact request.

If the contact is made for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures (e.g. advice in the event of an interest in purchasing, preparation of an offer) or concerns a contract already concluded between you and us, this data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

If contact is made for other reasons, this data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR due to our overriding legitimate interest in processing and responding to your inquiry. We will only use your e-mail address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Collection and processing when using the contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent that you provide. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact.

Use of your personal data for the sending of postal advertising

We use your personal data (name, address), which we have received in connection with the sale of a product or service, to send you postal advertising, provided you have not objected to this use. The provision of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to do so means that no contract can be concluded.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR out of our overriding legitimate interest in direct advertising. You can object to this use of your address data at any time by notifying us. You can find the contact details for exercising your right to object in the legal notice.

Use of the e-mail address for sending newsletters

With our newsletter we inform you regularly about special offers, promotions and news about Futura-Shop® products. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you, in addition to clicking on the corresponding option in our store. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail with which you can verify your e-mail address and your wish to receive the newsletter. We store the IP address to verify your registration, both when you register and when you activate the confirmation link. In addition, we store the date and time of registration, the e-mail address provided, the URL of the registration form and the date and time of activation of the link in the confirmation e-mail in order to provide legally secure proof of your registration.

You can object to receiving further newsletters at any time by clicking on a link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an email to info@futura-shop.de with a request to be removed from the mailing list. As a registered customer, you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter in your customer account.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your data for newsletter marketing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR as a result of your express consent. The conditions for consent and its withdrawal have their legal basis in Art. 7 GDPR.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Use of HubSpot

We use the service of HubSpot, Inc. (HubSpot European Headquarters, Ground Floor, Two Dockland Central, Guild Street, Dublin 1, Ireland) to send newsletters as part of order processing. We pass on the information you provide when registering for the newsletter (e-mail address, first name and surname if applicable) to HubSpot. The data processing serves the purpose of sending the newsletter and its statistical evaluation.

HubSpot uses web beacons in every email sent to newsletter subscribers. Web beacons are small graphic files that enable us and HubSpot to determine when users have opened an email and when they have clicked on certain links. The following data is stored: e-mail address, IP address, date and time in relation to the opening and clicking of a newsletter mailing. By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the use of web beacons to the extent described.

Your data is generally transmitted to HubSpot servers in the USA and stored there. The EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the USA, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). HubSpot has certified itself in accordance with the TADPF and is therefore committed to complying with European data protection principles.

Further information on data protection at HubSpot can be found in HubSpot's privacy policy.
