Our raptor perch is used for natural and poison-free control of rodents on your property or company grounds, as it encourages birds of prey to settle in the immediate area and provides them with a good vantage point for perching.

The bird of prey perch is a natural tool for controlling rodents on your property without using poisons.
Birds of prey, such as the buzzard or kestrel, mainly feed on rodents such as mice and rats. This makes them very suitable for pest control in large meadows, where the use of beater traps would not be very effective.
The right conditions must be present for the birds of prey to hunt their prey in the desired area. The perches allow the birds of prey a good vantage point from which to survey a large area and hunt their prey.
It is best to set up the perch in an open area so that the birds of prey can monitor as large an area as possible.
Also make sure that the perch is not too close to larger trees, as these will otherwise block the bird of prey’s view.
There is no need to use rodenticides because the rodents are kept away by the natural hunting of the birds of prey.
Therefore, please avoid the additional use of poison baits and thus protect the birds of prey. Hunting poisoned pest rodents may otherwise cause secondary poisoning in raptors.
